Mall of Africa woolworths

Woolworths service from mall of Africa is really bad, I ordered wines online and they charged me for delivery then on the day of delivery they call and telling me that they don't deliver in my area so I can come collect my order but they won't refund me for the delivery fee which is unfair cos they already deducted money from my account for delivery as well and this is not the first time I received such bad service from them..... Am not happy at all
