Making sense of nonsense

I had or have a Woolworths account, two in fact..I fell behind with payments, but arranged for it to be paid off in smaller amounts..Last month, I afforded to settle both accounts, credit and store card....

I am still waiting for my paid up letter.....I was also told that I need to re-apply for my store card which I so musch wanted to keep.....I get monthly statement, to my surprise, I have R3783 in credit.....My thing is, what happens to that credit....
