MAJOR ISSUES
Taking a payment owed is a given and adding interest definitely. Paid up personal loan with a credit after requesting a settlement letter and paying accordingly. Then what happens , I get charged jnterest on an account that is in a credit. What absolute *******. 2nd time this year. And promises to be contacted...nothing..
