Low quality Woolies clothing and no customer support

A few years back I started buying Trenery and David Jones golf shirts from Wooworths. I always used to buy Polo golf shirts, but they became scarce. I noticed that some of my Trenery and David Jones shirts soon started stretching, even though they were never hung up wet or dry, but were always laid flat, and then folded after ironing. This went on for awhile until I realised that some of them had stretched to the extent that they unwearable. I took about 7 shirts back to Woolies. They told me that only one was less than 6 months old and they would refund me R170 for that one even though it cost around R350. The rest ranged from 1 to 2 yeras old. They offered to send the shirts back to their specialist for a report. You can guess what their specialist is going to report. I told them they could donate the shirts to a charity of their choice. I will never buy another shirt from Woolies. They use cheap Chinese fabric with dubious quality and then charge the earth. They don't stand by their products.
