Lousy service

Online order placed on Thursday for delivery between 14:00 and 17:00 on Friday. No phone call re delayed delivery just an email sometime after 16:00 saying it would be late. The assumption, of course, is that one is permanently attached to ones email. When driver arrives after 20:00 there is , of course, no one willing or able to accept delivery. Despite my emailing to say order is cancelled an attempt was made again on Saturday to effect delivery. Again no phone call just a driver at my gate.
