Lost money bad service wrong information

I am getting super annoyed. I have had terrible service . I made an Eft for my credit card payment. And it was lost. I sent my proof of payment multiple times. I was told the payment was found and will reflect in 4 to 5 days. A week later , I get a calm asking "when are you gonna pay" . I told them I already have and send the POP again.. nobody is replying to me anymore. Got my statement.. the payment is still not on there ! Agents give me wrong info a d email addresses that don't work and bounce back, I've asked to be called again to sort it out but now I'm just being ignored. It's absolutely awful I WILL NOT pay penalty fees for late payment because YOU are ***********! Some please.help me and sort this out ASAP.
