Lost a Customer!!!perhaps 2!!

<p>I am so disgusted with Woolies after string of dissapointing purchases..And the WAY in which your Staff handle things--Never have i had such a RUDE ,OBNOXIOUS ,disdainful response by your staff-JOLENE Sunningdale Branch Westcoast Village CT--And i have NOT been back to your store since NOR will i!!after the disgusting manner my returns were handled!!!so CONGRATS..you've lost a customer & my mother will not be back either!!</p> <p>eturned the Mixed Frozen Berries which were Horrible-All broken up & Sour-& at R54 i expect a whole berry! & great taste!</p> <p>Same with the Olives,tasteless!! Shame on her..and me for all the money i spent on such thankless individuals--i can send u copies of just some of my purchases--but judjuing fromyour popularity here u dont seem to care--</p> <p>I regret EVER giving u a cent!!!</p>
