Loss of Appetite

Purchased a pie yesterday at Woolworths Southgate. Found something very weird in my pie. Lost my Appetite immediately as this thing was hanging from my mouth. Have a picture as proof. It was definitely not steak and not pepper. So what could it be? What ingredients do you use to make your pies?
