Longest waiting time

I have been on the line for more then 45 minutes , each and every-time a person picks the phone up they put me thru to some else ... all that i am looking for is a credit card account not but to no avail .. i want to compare between the statements that i have been paying by the lawyers can i get someone to call me back or assist ********** 345080 cell **********

the account no starts with 410374 and the other numbers i cant see
