Long wait in queue due to being under-staffed.

This is for Hartbee****rt Woolworths. Dismal service. Two people on the tills in clothing dept to serve a long queue of shoppers. After a 15 minute wait I queried this and was told, once a chewing gum- lady was brought on, that they were understaffed because they didn’t expect many customers. This was on May 1st, public holiday and pay week-end. Brilliant service when I finally got to the till, but the wait was unnecessary. I also found staff unsmiling and chewing gum, unpleasant.
