Loans consolidated without permission and they score additional profit!

Re: Loan account number: *** After NUMEROUS emails Woolworths financial services are still ignoring my request! They decided, without any permission whatsoever to consolidate my small loans into one loan and now I will be paying it off over a longer period, and they score additional profit from this!!! This is completely unacceptable! They even charged me a card/admin fee on top of this! I will be reporting them to the Ombudsman if not corrected as matter of urgency!!
