Loan initiation fee which was never mentioned

I took out a loan over the phone with Woolworths and I was never told about an initiation fee of R1200. I was only told about the installments payable. To my surprise when I received my first statement it showed the installment plus the initiation fee and the amount was just too much for me to afford. To date I've been only managing to afford my installments payable. Every month around this date I must get harrassed over the initiation fee that is in arrears.
