Loan department

My name is is Sibongile Patricia Nkosi 1960/08/04 over the past 5 months I have been trying to revolve on my personal loan account with no luck due to your staff incompetence both at the loans department and your branches in Springs I have submitted my banking details as requested more than 15 times and promised that a transfer will be done but nothing happens at all as these get lost all the time, my son on my behalf called your loan department yesterday and spoke to Thembisa still she requested the same banking details I have been submitting for the last 6 months!!!!! really????? Pathetic service... We even sent a complaint email more than a week ago still no reply from yup you
