Loan

My name is Nomsombuluko Alzina Nxumalo, I took a loan from Woolworths last year in March. An amount of R2000 was allocated into an incorrect account ending with 3945 which an old account, they should have allocated that amount into the new account ending with 3045. I was still paying the loan and even finished the payment on November 2023 and kept going to Woolworths store at Thabong shopping center. Even one of the Woolworths staff member helped me by sending emails to superiors but they giving us the run around. Now Woolworths has put my acoount into errears and also put my name in debtors. I would like hellopeter to help in this matter so that Woolworths can remove my name from debtors and fix my account.
