Loan consolidation without permission

Loan account number: *** Without my permission or consent, all my Woolworths small loans (which have different repayment periods and some almost paid off) have been consolidated into one loan. This is against the law. Both Jackie Daniels and Yusrah Dramat did not read my e-mail properly. I want this sorted out today!! I planned early settlement on some of my small loans for December and now this can't be done and Woolworths scores extra interest now over a longer payment period! Unacceptable!!!!
