LOAN APLICATION

I made the application @ Maponya Mall on Tuesday they gave me a figure of R24000.00 I told them that I only need R5000.00, they advised that it's best if I took the full R24000.00 and I don't use it all I can park it for any need that may arise later. <br> On Wednesday I got an SMS also indicating that a provisional approval had been made I need to call WFS, I did that and spoke to another lady who did some security checks with me and read the terms & conditions as well as the instalment I was to pay, she advised that all they will be waiting for is either my 3 months bank statement or 3 months' payslips, I emailed those to the email address given. She confirmed that once the payslips are received I can expect the money in my account within 24 to 48 hrs. Today when I call I am 1st told that my documents were not received and later I am not the loan has been declined. <br> All these people said to me the loan had been approved, nobody said anything else, my hope were raised, and I made arrangements based on the information given to me. I have call recording to proof what was said to me. Why was this not done in the 1st place, why do you guys play around with people's feelings?<br> <br>
