Good day,

Last week I was advised that on my personal load they they will debit R4800 since my first installment and I went over the limit of my load. Original debit it’s supposed to be R2500 however the supervisor I spoke to said if I pay the R2300 then I need to call in and let them know so that they can do some adjustments on the system that my debit should be R2500 instead of R4800.

I called this morning spoke to Nokuzola who mentioned that my debit will be R4400 which she couldn’t give me reasons why it was R4400. So in a way taking up a load with Woolworths my first installment it’s R2300 plus R4400 which comes to a total of R7700 just for my first installment like real.

She made me hold on a call for a long time while waiting for a supervisor, I had to call again since am using my cellphone spoke to another consultant who advised that they will get a supervisor to contact me.

If no one fix this or contacts me before the end of today I will make sure there are no funds in my account when u guys need to do ur debuts because this is not the agreement I had when I took my personal load with Woolworths.

May someone please contact me with this matter before I take it future.
