Living up to the expectations - Excellent service

I brought to their attention that a box of wine was rather surprisingly off only days after the BB date and they attended to the complain timely and professionally. They forwarded the information to the supplier and promised me to keep me up to date. They handled the whole complain in a friendly and excellent manner.
