Listed while insurance claim in process.Disgusted

I have 3 accounts with woolworths and they are a store card,loan,and a credit card. I was retrenched in December 2022 and I submitted a retrenchment claim which was subsequently approved for my store card and credit card.my personal loan was not approved and I cannot understand why.Second to that my store installment has been paid but my credit card has not I recently discovered that I have been listed as a deaulter on the credit bureau whilst the claim was in process.on discovering this ,I called nationwide recoveries whom are part of woolworths and they have no idea as to what's going on.Ive been pushed around to so many people but no one is able to help.Ive sent a mail to woolworths financial whom as of yet have not responded.This listing is now detrimental to my credit health in will jeopardize my chances of finding a job.This is ridiculous has ,how do I pay if I don't have a job They have not called to make an arrangement but list me .
