Listed me on Credit Bureau for paid up acc

I picked up by accident that I have been listed on all 4 credit bureau's for a credit card I had with Woolworths years ago. The account was paid up in approximately 2012. I phoned their credit card department who confirmed that it shows as paid up and that it was a mistake on their side. But since then I have been struggling to get my name off the credit bureau's to no avail as the credit bureau's insist that WW contact them to state the account is paid up. Customers are not allowed to speak to anyone at the collections department and may only send mails, which no one ever answers. I do not know what to do anymore.
