lies regarding my store card

fter waiting for Woolworths to send me the store card they came back to me with lies and said my card could not be delivered due to post office strike. That is a lie because even today I received my statement via post. They **** abut he strike trying to pass he buck to post office. If indeed there is a strike why then am I recieving these statements??? I regret the decision o going with woolies despite the recent media spark against their products
