LEVI DEPARTMENT WOOLWORTHS CLEARWATER

I. Walked into Woolworth Clearwater on the 19 August 2023 , I picked up 2 jeans from a table ,they had a 50% sale on levi jeans .. after spending some time in the department I spoke to a lady in the store to find out when the sale is ending , she went and found out came back and gave me an answer , I get to the till point and the LEVI jeans are not 50% I do an enquiry 1st manager came ,she was not sure ,we waited approximately an hour in the store to find out if the item was on sale or not. another manager at Woolworths clearwater comes and say she need to check the camera footage and to where I took the jeans from. .. I stood in the clothing department and nobody was in that department to assist.My question to the manager was you have a 50% stand on a Levis table saying selected items only ... but you not specify which selected items when I questioned the manager I was told she also don't know which Is selected untill you get to the till ,my pressure was rising as she started to explain that I had was not 50% and did not take from the table that had 50%,but as a manager you also don't know what is on special in your store, the manager than says she cannot assist me because I still never took it from the promotional table . As a customer of Woolworths I don't know wat shelf or row Is on sale you need to have sales ppl on the floor to be able to assist... However it came to a point where the manager speaks about LEVI paying rent for a space etc ,I am the customer I don't need to know the internal processes of your company I am looking for a solution ... The manager than Said to me the person in charge of the store Is not available and I must home in 2 weeks time to speak to MR Onion .. who had excess to override.. I have a problem now but have to wait ... LEVI WOOLWORTHS ARE TARNISHING YOUR REPUTATION IN THR STORE THEY DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN THE DEPARTMENT IF YOU ASK ME AS A CLIENT I KNOW WHAT SPACE YOU ARE RENTING UP IN THE STORE AS THIS INFO WAS DISCLOSED TO MANY, I NEED A PROPER MANAGER WHO TAKES CUSTOMER COMPLAIN SERIOUSLY AND NOT GIVE ME YOUR INTERNAL PROCESS , DISGUSTED BECAREFUL OF LEVI EORDING 50,% ON SELECTED ITEM ,BUT HAVE A SET UP OF ENTIRE TABLE AND NOBODY KNOWS WHICH ITEMS ARE THEY I also mentioned I was going to put this on media but your manager says everybody uses that platform so ,she does not care ... I WILL ESCALET TO THE OMBUSMAN
