Lettuce turning bad- fresh food standard dropping

Woolworths does not respond on Hello Peter so I can only hope you guys actually read the complaints. I've placed an avo complaint the other day- no response. <br> <br> Your packed lettuce- mixed bag, butter lettuce , even the rocket mini bags(two for R20) are filled with water when I buy them, in a day or two the lettuce is limp and rotting, reduced to mush . this never used to happen, I've bought lettuce from different stores and different types. All of a sudden I notice the change in freshness and don't know why, we pay a lot for the freshness+quality of your goods, this should not occur. I've heard other people also complaining about your lettuce and how fast it fills with water. I've used different fridges, tried different ways to clip the bag. Possibly look into the actual bag you store them in, there is a fault lying somewhere. <br> <br> I feel the standard of your fresh goods are dropping. please look into your storage and packaging. I understand they are perishable foods but they should at least give you the value for your money....
