Letter of up to date

I was on maternity last year June and my woolworths account was in arrears and as soon as I went back to work in December I fixed my account...to my surprise am applying for a house and woolworths account says in arrears...May I have a letter confirming my account is up to date and nothing is over due as in yesterday because FnbH is awaiting this.
