Lerato @ Customer Care Fourways mall

I recently struggled to find a size online or at any branch for a specific top of mine that I wanted. Having been in this situation numerous times and not having been successful I decided to try my luck and go to Customer care at the Fourways branch and approached Lerato to see if she could assist me in getting the specific size I wanted. Lerato was super friendly and reallt went the extra mile to help me. While I stood there she checked and there were not many available but she assured me she would try her best to help me. It was like a breath of fresh air dealing with such a pleasant and super helpful customer care consultant. In today’s times, we are lucky if we get eye contact from most customer care staff at any store. Woolworths staff are always pleasant but I feel Lerato is a super star that deserves recognition.
