Lemon Woolworths is really useless and the costumer service is wack

Went to Woolworths at alberton lemon tree and I got the worst service experience ever,the cashier dat was attending me looked dirty and uninterested in assisting nevertheless I didn’t care much about those but the part was when she disrespected me telling me dat I was using someone else’s card and asked me to stand on the side while she is assisting other customers,I did ask her on how long should I wait or what the procedure was so she can prove that the card was mine ,felt so embarrassed and disrespected as she kept talking nonsense,arguing with me ,finally the manager or who ever dat was called from the office telling me they wanted to double check if my card was mine and I asked if do they actually treat every costumer in that manner and if there’s no better way to handle things,got ignored instead,sent an email to costumer service den 2 days later got a call from the Manager an Indian lady telling that I should pass by the store to get something for compensation and I did say I didn’t want anything but I wanted to know how she was going to deal with the matter and I said I was going to pass by the store as she was not understanding and starting to give me attitude,made and an appointment for 15h00,got to the store and I was told she had a meeting unless I am willing to wait for an hour and a half and I asked if she can call if she gets time and she never bothered,I am really disappointed ,starting to hate Woolworths stores because of the manager acting like she’s the CEO at Woolworths
