Lelu the Superhero — Saving Us from Looking Crazy in Public!

I am by no means an expert in makeup or fashion, but recently I’ve had to step out of my comfort zone quite a bit for work. I must say, Lelu at the beauty counter in Woolworths La Lucia Mall was an absolute gem.

She was kind, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel rushed or silly for not knowing what I was doing. She took the time to understand my budget, guided me through what would work best for me, and honestly made the whole experience fun and enjoyable.

I already love this Woolworths branch, but Lelu is a perfect example of why.
