Legal action

I'm having trouble with my account after I made an arrangement with their collection I keep getting calls and the first person I spoke to was so polite where I explained my situation. The other two that called me were just terrible and so rude. Woolworths do better as this is harassment and if I get one more call I'm going to take legal steps regarding this matter as the are assigned by you.
