Left standing for almost 1hour 30min

So the final sale at Woolworths takes place dated 03/09/2015. I went with my boyfriend's mother to exchange an item of hers and as it scans at a cheaper price, I decided that I would take it because I could then afford to buy it. The Customer Service Agent says that the item first has to go back onto the floor before I can purchase it. With that I dont have a problem! The problem came when I was waiting in the store, at the sale rack for the items to come back. At that time there weren't that many people in the store. So I was waiting for the items to come to the floor for about 1hour and 30minutes!! When I asked the shop assistants when the rest of the sale goods are coming back to the floor they told me that a cusromer has already taken them! For the time I was standing thete NOTHING came to the floor. I am really disappointed in what had happend that day. I wasted my time amd nobody told me anything in that time I wss standing there as they knew what I was waiting for!
