I walked into Woolworths Clearwater although it took and arm and a leg to get assisted i get to the till. A lady called Lee and Busi with the utmost of attitude. I didn't have a slip when I returned goods bought at their store in another shop. In soweto they refund into the card so I'm so lost it's 1 shop 2 different processes.Not with a care in the world. Very nonchalant both of them.
