Leather jacket peeling off only on the neck.

Return service is bad...they will tell you about six months quality guarantee. ..whereby u wear something for two winter seasons only...mind you it is leather.the manager at Sammy marks Pretoria wasn't keen to assist and she also said since I dnt have a slip there is nothing she can do.I have been having an account far long with them to get such bad service. How long is a leather supposed to last?these are some of the reason s why we our stores are rated bad.I am so disappointed in such a shop like woolworths. I went there 40 min ago 2019_06_10
