Learn from your colleagues

<p>On Sunday, 04 December I went into the Woolworths in Milner Road. They didn't have the one of the two products I wanted. I asked them to call the Vangate Mall branch and ask if they have BOTH items in stock as it would make more sens to buy everything at one store. I went through to Vangate, and guess what?! They only had one of the items!! I was irate at having travled all that way for nothing. Spoke to two people before speaking to Aweeza, the store manager. She, and the other two gentlemen, were extremely helpful. She even called me back later that day with feedback on the discussion we'd had earlier.</p> <p>So, I want to say thank you to Aweeza and her team at Vangate Mall Woolworths.</p> <p>And, I want to say to Milner Road Woolworths...learn from your colleagues and improve your service delivery!</p>
