Lazy Staff

On September 17th I visited the Woolworths Eastrand store. I specifically required assistance with the estee lauder range. I was told that the lady is on lunch and that she would only return on the next hour. I was hugely disappointed by the fact that there were 3 other assistants that appeared to be sitting around that was not able to assist or even try. You lost a sale today because your staff are down right lazy!
