Lazy sales people

I am totally disgusted at the pathetic *********** staff that you have at your Blue Route store. I returned a pair of shoes that were bought cash and requested for a refund and the funds to be paid onto my account as a payment. Today i get a call from *** asking me when i am going to pay my overdue account? This morning I checked my statement and saw i had a R187.47 amount overdue for the payment due 11 March 2021 and i immediately made a R200 payment. At the time i didn't realise that the payment was overdue and not outstanding for the statement date. This is utter *******!!!! I want to close my account. Send me my updated outstanding account amount whihc reflects the R200 i paid this morning. I'm so over this nonsense!!!!! If you want to call me, my number is ***. Use that to find my account.
