Laybye Closed

I recently ordered two dresses from one store to another.When i ordered these dresses i gave the person helping me product codes aswell as pictures to make the process easier for her.After 2 weeks my order arrived and to my dissapointedment it was not what i had ordered at all.I decided let me laybye the dresses only to be told laybye is closed and only open for back to school.I asked why was this not communicated with customers like they normally communicate sale alerts also i was told keep aside option was only for two days and that i shud keep going to Woolworths on the second day to extend my keep aside.Im very dissapointed by this because these dresses were not at the store in my erea now i could loose them just because im not allowed to laybye them also i don't understand why they ordered the wrong stuff.Totally ***********.Woolworths Queenstown Nonesi Mall
