**** Layby at Woolworth

I did a Layby on the 05/06/2024 @Woolworth Centurion mall acc no *** where I laybyed shoes for my son, I also purchased some shoes for him on that day where I realised with the shoes I bought that he has grown in foot size, I then returned with my Layby slip to request for a shoe size exchange on my Layby and I was advised that they cannot do a size exchange on a Layby I had to make payment of everything I laybyed only then can the shoes be size exchanged, this does not make any sense to me as it discives the purpose of a Layby, where will I get the funds with this economy so that I can exchange my sons Laybyed shoes? also if I continue with the Layby by the time I am done paying it off the sizes will be gone as it is the sizes which i exchanged for where not the correct sizes, I am very much disappointed at Woolworth Centurion mall Layby department, I literally just wasted money now I will be paying a Layby which I know is no use to me as my child will not wear the shoes I laybyed at Woolworth Centurion mall, I would not recommend laybying at Woolworth it's was my 1st and my last time doing so, thank you for nothing Woolworth. and teach your stuff(in this instance I was assisted by Kefifi Z) to advise on such information when the laying clothes especially kids clothes as we all know they grow every now and then.
