Lay-bye system messed up and unprofessional staff

I took out a lay-bye at Woolworths Cavendish and I was just not impressed from the first day. Firstly it was the issue that they wouldn't allow me to put on a deposit using my Cheque card they demanded that it must be cash, when I enquired why was that, the consultant didn't even know why she just said it was the lay-bye policy. Then I lost the slip and went to pay using the ID, they took the money , last payment was done using the ID as well and when I asked for the consultant to make me a copy of the slip in case I would need to return the items should they not fit she was just plain rude and when I asked her to take clothes back and give me my money back again she said they can't give me my money back without the slip but they just took it without the slip, I mean what is that!!!
