Late delivery and spoiled food

I ordered fruit and vegetables online to be delivered between 10 am and 1 pm. I only received my order at 14h45, just to find out that my food has been in transit for 5 hours in the back of a truck in this heat. Everything was warm to the touch and I will most probably have to throw everything away by Monday. When I phoned customer care or they phoned me, the call went well until I start complaining and then the call gets cut off. Tessa phoned me after following up on the delivery, I told her about my food and the call got cut off. I though she would at least phone again, but she couldn't be bothered. I honestly lost respect and trust in you guys. I want my money back, but I know I won't get anywhere
