Late delivery and no communication

I ordered items online and set a delivery date to yesterday 22nd August 2017, noted I paid for the delivery, alas no items were delivered and NO communication, email or call was relayed to inform me of the delayed delivery.

I called the Call Centre: ***six times and no one answered, having me wait for over 10mins every time. I sent an email to ********** requesting confirmation and have not yet received any response.

This is horrible services from such a reputable retail company.

Never again will refer or order form them!
