Late Deliveries, recurring out of stock issues, perishables delivered off/in bad condition and no feedback!

I am incredibly annoyed by the level of service provided by WOOLWORTHS SA . I purchase from the online food store regularly and the food is often delivered late (even though u can specify delivery times) or half my order is missing because of stock unavailability (with no courtesy call to offer alternatives - even though this is said to be normal practice!). I have overlooked this countless time and have even overlooked the fact that my messages have gone unanswered when (rightfully) complaining that yogurts and foods have gone off due to delivery being over 2 hours late (see attached). I have tried calling and messaging to get this resolved but to no avail!

Today I am honestly at my wits end with this service and will no longer be using it. I ordered special items to cook for a dinner tonight and half the items did not arrive once again! Completely unprofessional!
