Lame customer service

Woolworths online customer service is the worst!!! Not only they do not take me serious, I am fed up of the incompetence and poor service rendered. I ordered items online only to find out not everything was there. The “warehouse” has been investigating for more than two months now and still no correspondence. Can I have my complete order or refund . No excuses anymore!!!
