ladies at the bakery rude

On Sunday the 10th May I was shopping at new Woolies at Retail crossing, I ordered samoosa's at the bakery and then ordered pies, the lady at the counter said 4 more minutes for the pies, so I ordered them and asked her to pack them for me when im done shopping I will collect, I went back after 5 minutes, they both behind the counter did not pack my pies or price it and ignore me when I asked wheres my pies, the 1 lady then said I need to re-join the queue by then there where 7 people in the line and my husband was at the till to pay, the ladies where rude, unhelpful and do not know how to treat customers.
