lack of trust and dishonesty from HR and head office and also woolworths store 1035

its been 2 years now since i left that company..i have requested them to send me forms that need to be attached with my UIF claims forms to labour offices but they still sending me up and done telling different storieseach and everytime i make contact with them..they telling me there is a hold up at head office i call them they tell me they will get back to me they have noted my request..its been 2 years now still no sign of movement or help from them.and its really draining me out now coz i cant do anything..the company has ruined me emotionally..no communication whats so ever
