Lack of training, or... what?

<p>I tried to redeem a R10 voucher (when spending more that R80 on diary) yesterday, on the purchase of a box of long life milk , price of R81,xx. The cashier told me that I was unable to use the voucher, as it could only be used on the purchase of cheese or cream. When I told her that milk was diary, she insisted I could not use it. I assumed that she meant I was not allowed to purchase long life milk on the voucher, but when I arrived home and read the fine print on the voucher, there was nothing stating that the purchase of long life products were excluded. Hence, I feel **********....</p>
