Lack of stock

I am a huge fan of Woolworths, but recently I've been quite disappointed. I've been looking for cotton g-strings in over 4 branches in Gauteng, and around 5 branches in the Western Cape, and could find none. I even went online to check and there are only XS sizes. Then I decided to opt for cotton bikini underwear, just to find that there were hardly any on the racks, and all in XXL. No store assistant could explain why there were insufficient stock. I cannot wear synthetic underwear, and have to wear cotton. So, would someone from Woolworths kindly call me to explain what is going on. Thank you.
