Lack of service by inattentive staff

On 12 December my husband and I went for breakfast to the restaurant at Woolworths Canal Walk. We stood for at least 10 minutes waiting to be seated but were ignored even though there were lots of waiters standing about. We subsequently left and vowed never to return.
