Lack of service

Hi So I have been having problems with Woolworths customer services , My mother in law and I have been trying to contact the call center as we are trying to find out as to why the vanilla chai tea is not in lenasia we have checked at Woolworths in trade route mall and they don't stock it I have called , they cudnt help me my mother in law called spoke to Chantel she advised that she will look into it and call her back two months later no response I cannot understand why the north only sells this product yet it's popular everywhere on occasion I am in Sandton that is the only time I can buy this other than that I need to travel over 50 km just to buy the tea I asked if they can atleast bring some to the Woolworths in lenasia so that I can collect I tried to do it online they don't deliver there as well I sent an email to the complaints department and no one has responded for something that people enjoy it becomes quite frustrating and we end up disliking the product and the store just because the lack of service provided I am only putting this on hello Peter because I am not getting anywhere calling and emailing customer care and the complaints department
