Lack of service!

Really disappointed with Woolworths service. I placed an order for it to be delivered to my work because they don't deliver in our area, delivery was supposed to be today. Unfortunately our company was closed due to a staff member testing positive for covid-19, which means I won't be at work for the next 2 weeks. I call the call centre to find out how they can assist me because I still want the goods. They were not helpful and didn't even want to send it to a store close to me for it to be collected. So guess what, I had to cancel the order which consisted of clothing for my baby and groceries. Thanks Woolworths for not being accommodating in any way. This wasn't my first order but this is definitely my last!
