Lack of service

All my Woolworth accounts have been paid off and closed ancestors January this year and year on my credit status it shows one account still open and owing 185 . I have emailed them in April and they finally stopped sending me an account . But still it shows as open n m credit status. I am tired of phoning and explaining to a hundred people who make out as if I<br> Am to blame . I cannot get credit o a contract because f thus error and I am sick and tired if it. If this is not rectified immediately I will sue you .
