Lack of response

In February I paid all my debts to Woolworths and a month (March 2015) later I asked them to issue me with new In-Store and Credit cards and they refused. I then asked them to close off my accounts as I was being charged finance charges. I was promised that this will be looked into and nothing was done.<br> <br> I wrote again last month (April 2015) to ask them to close off this accounts as they are accumulating finance charges and again I was promised that this will be looked into. April is finished and we are in the new month and I wrote them again today and still no response.<br> <br> I benefit nothing out of dormant accounts except that they accumulate finance charges which I am expected to pay yet I am not using the accounts. No one is coming back to me and this is frustrating.<br> <br> I want this sorted and this charges taken off because I am not prepared to pay them.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Moyahabo Matjeka
